Bio: Jack Hott has been working in and around the Portland food scene for more than a decade. As a manager and sommelier of Castagna, a renowned Portland restaurant, he watched the city’s culinary reputation grow into what it is today. After leaving the restaurant, Jack has continued his culinary journey by working in communications and focusing on food and beverage brands – and by collecting cookbooks. Currently his collection is exactly 5 more books than his shelves can hold and still growing.
